The hotel is in a very convenient location. Hieu BELL provided excellent service. His polite and helpful demeanor impressed me. The room was beautiful and clean. I especially appreciated his willingness to help and provide good recommendations.
The breakfast area felt a little overcrowded. The space seemed too small for the number of guests.

The location is very central. It is right next to the opera house and a short walk to shopping malls. I found the staff really friendly. They were always smiling and greeting me.
The room size was not extraordinary. It felt limited for a hotel of this category (it's a 5-star hotel). The minibar was empty when i arrived late. I would have appreciated a cold beer or soda.

I appreciated the amazing location right in the heart of everything. The staff provided exemplary service always. Breakfast boxes allowed us to get to the airport early so I appreciate that. Beds were super comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
i noticed the pool was occasionally shaded by nearby buildings, which limited sun exposure during certain times of the day.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options including western, asian and of course Vietnamese choices. Chefs worked at the egg station preparing requests to order. Signature Lounge access provided a perfect breakfast experience. The staff was very attentive there.

The rooftop bar provided happy hour with good value. It overlooks the opera house. The pool bar also offered happy hour specials. A fitness center is available with modern equipment. I saw many guests there.

This location puts you right in district 1 so it's easy to walk to many sights. The hotel sits next to the opera house which adds to the atmosphere. Shopping venues and restaurants are very nearby.
